Terms and Conditions for Venus Resort Bandarban

1. Room Occupancy:

   • Premium/Executive rooms: Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under 8 years) are allowed.
   • Shangu View/Terrace: Maximum of 3 persons are allowed.
   • Shimul Tola Cabin: Maximum of 6 persons are allowed.

2. Extra Bed Policy:

   • One extra bed is allowed in Premium/Executive rooms at a cost of 2000 Tk.
   • One extra bed is allowed in Shimul Tola Cabin at a cost of 1500 Tk. (Not applicable on package offers).
   • Additional beds are allowed in Shangu View/Terrace Rooms.

3. Payment Policy:

   • Full room tariff must be paid at the time of check-in.

4. Cancellation and Date Change Policy:

   • Cancellations or date changes made 10 or more days before the arrival date will incur a 10% charge.
   • Cancellations, date changes made less than 10 days before the arrival date, or no-shows will be charged full advance payment, which is 50% of the total rent.

5. Check-In Requirements:

   • A valid Photo ID, Passport, or Driving License copy is required at check-in.

6. Foreigners/NRBs:

   • Foreigners and Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs) without a Bangladeshi NID/Passport require local permission to visit Bandarban. This process takes 5 working days and incurs a charge. Please contact us with scanned copies of your Passport and VISA for assistance.

7. Buggy Service:

   • Buggy service is available for luggage carrying only. Physically challenged guests may request buggy service. The resort is not liable for any incidents during buggy rides.

8. Food and Beverage Policy:

   • Bringing outside food and beverages into the resort is prohibited without prior written approval from the resort management. Room service for food is not provided.

9. Pet Policy:

   • Pets are not allowed on the resort premises.

10. Check-In and Check-Out Times:

    • Check-in time is at 02:00 PM.
    • Check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
